Here Fishy Fishy, Fishy! Sign up starts at 6:30am at Diaz Lake.

Fish until 3PM weigh in.


$5.00 Entry

Wild Wild West Marathon - 50K, 15 mile, 10 mile & 3 mile fun run


A trail race that goes through the great Alabama Hills and the foothills of Mt. Whitney. Water stops every three miles. There is a 50K, a marathon, a 15 mile, a ten mile and a 3 mile race. Something for every runner and the trail is walker friendly. If you want clean air safe surroundings and beautiful scenery. If you and your family would like to enjoy a day of running or you want to run a challenging race this is the place to be the first Saturday of every May.

In 2007 the long held marathon record was broken by Dan Yarborough from Bishop CA.

"Rumble in the Rocks" Concert in the Rocks

Dinner and Concert in the Alabama Hills. 

This year we will have an elegant dinner and concert in the "FIFTIES" style

Staring the Rumble King (appear regularly at Disneyland)

There will be a Classic car caravan to Lone Ranger Canyon and screening of the film "Grease" at the museum in the afternoon.

Starts in Badwater Death Valley, this is a hard core endurancecycling ride. Race begins at 3 PM Saturday in Badwater Death Valley. Total of 130 miles and over 15,000 feet of climbing to the base of Mount Whitney. Email jair@summitadventure.com

Annual Christmas Parade

This year the theme of the parade will be

"Pets on Parade"

The parade starts at 1pm in front of the high school and everyone is invited to enter the parade

Saddle up your horse, decdorate you float or gussie up and walk to celebrate the joy of Christmas in Lone Pine.
